Shipping policy

At Faseela Flowers and Plants, we ship carefully and quickly so your order arrives in the best possible condition. Shipping methods vary by product type — please see the relevant section below.

Live Plants

We ship plants throughout the UAE using expedited refrigerated shipping to protect them from heat and transit stress. Orders are typically processed and dispatched the day after ordering, and delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. Every plant is packed with care to minimise movement and damage in transit.

Seeds & Bulbs

Seeds and bulbs ship within the UAE using the same expedited refrigerated service as our plants to preserve viability. During cooler winter months, we may switch to standard shipping when temperature-controlled transit isn't necessary.

Equipment & Substrate

Equipment and substrate ship via standard courier throughout the UAE, using the fastest and most affordable option available.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. However, on a case-by-case basis, we may be able to arrange international shipping for plants (weather permitting), substrate, and equipment.
